We recommend that you arrive on site 15 minutes before the experience time indicated on your ticket. Should you arrive late, you will only be able to enter if capacity for the next slot allows. Yes, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like and share them on social networks with the hashtag #TimberExperience. Flashes and professional photography equipment are not permitted. Just be careful not to disturb the other players.
